Stainless Steel 304 Pipes are made up of 18-20% Chromium and 8-10.5% Nickel, with the remainder consisting of Iron and trace amounts of Carbon, Manganese, Silicon, and Phosphorus. This austenitic alloy is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and ductility. The mechanical properties include a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40% over 50mm. SS 304 Pipes have a density of 8.00 g/cm³ and can handle temperatures up to 870°C intermittently, making them ideal for demanding industrial and structural applications.
