Aditya Stainless is a well-respected manufacturer and supplier based in Kolkata, India, known for its top-notch AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Welding Electrodes. These electrodes are specifically crafted for specialized welding tasks that demand high strength, toughness, and resistance to corrosion. They shine when it comes to welding martensitic stainless steels that contain nickel and molybdenum, especially in environments that experience high pressure and temperature. The E410NiMo-16 electrodes from Aditya Stainless are designed to comply with international standards, ensuring consistent, crack-resistant welds for critical applications. With rigorous quality control, expert technical support, and prompt delivery, Aditya Stainless has earned a reputation as a reliable provider of welding solutions across India’s power, petrochemical, and heavy engineering sectors.
AWS Class E410NiMo-16 Electrodes are made with a blend of chromium (11.5–13.5%), nickel (3.0–4.5%), and molybdenum (0.4–0.7%), which boosts their corrosion resistance, strength, and impact toughness. These electrodes create a martensitic weld deposit that’s perfect for post-weld heat treatment. Typically, the tensile strength falls between 650–750 MPa, with a yield strength of about 480 MPa and an elongation of roughly 20–25%. The inclusion of nickel and molybdenum enhances their performance in challenging environments and minimizes the chances of weld cracking. E410NiMo-16 electrodes offer smooth arc stability, low spatter, and outstanding mechanical properties, even in tough service conditions like pressure, steam, and corrosive media.
