TC Ferrules are generally produced using SS 304/304L or SS 316/316L, which contain 18–20% chromium and 8–14% nickel, with molybdenum added in 316 for improved corrosion resistance. These ferrules boast a tensile strength of at least 515 MPa and a yield strength of at least 205 MPa, along with excellent ductility, making them perfect for repeated assembly and disassembly. They are designed to maintain precise dimensions and leak-tight seals under low to moderate pressure. The smooth inner and outer surfaces make cleaning a breeze, ensuring they are suitable for hygienic and sterile environments.
