You can expect mechanical properties like a tensile strength of at least 90,000 psi (620 MPa), yield strength of at least 65,000 psi (450 MPa), and an elongation of roughly 20–25%. To achieve optimal hardness and toughness, post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) is often recommended. ER410NiMo also provides smooth arc characteristics and excellent fusion in both MIG and TIG processes, making it ideal for high-performance, corrosion-resistant welds in martensitic stainless steels.
