Stainless Steel 304/304L Angles are crafted from an austenitic stainless steel alloy that contains 18–20% Chromium and 8–12% Nickel, with a low carbon content (≤ 0.03%) in 304L to enhance weldability. Their mechanical properties boast a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. These angles exhibit excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing environments and maintain good toughness even at cryogenic temperatures. With a density of 8.0 g/cm³, they can handle temperatures up to 870°C for intermittent service and 925°C for continuous use.
