Aditya Stainless is a prominent manufacturer and supplier in Kolkata India, catering to high-class stainless steel product ranges. Established for quality commitment, this company offers a wide array of industrial solutions, including stainless steel 316L valves that are corrosion resistant and strong in strength and robustness, thus exhibiting better performance with reliability in their varied needs by the clients.
Stainless Steel 316L valves are composed primarily of iron, with high amounts of chromium (16-18%) and nickel (10-14%) and a low carbon content (≤0.03%). The alloy also contains molybdenum (2-3%), which enhances corrosion resistance. Mechanical properties include excellent tensile strength (485 MPa), yield strength (170 MPa) and elongation (40%). They offer exceptional corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides, making them ideal for marine, chemical and food processing industries. The low carbon content improves weldability, reducing carbide precipitation.
