Stainless Steel 321 Pipe Fittings are crafted from austenitic stainless steel that’s stabilized with Titanium. The composition features 17-19% Chromium, 9-12% Nickel, and Titanium (at least five times the Carbon content), with a maximum Carbon content of 0.08%. These fittings boast remarkable resistance to intergranular corrosion after being exposed to temperatures in the chromium carbide precipitation range (427-816°C). Their mechanical properties include a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, a yield strength of at least 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40% over 50mm.
