Stainless Steel 347H Studs are a stabilized austenitic stainless steel, featuring a composition of about 17-20% Chromium, 9-13% Nickel, and added Columbium (Niobium) for stabilization. They are engineered for high-temperature applications, offering exceptional resistance to intergranular corrosion. The mechanical properties include a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa, a minimum yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40% in 50mm. SS 347H has a density of 7.90 g/cm³ and can endure continuous exposure up to 816°C. These characteristics make them ideal for challenging thermal and mechanical environments.
