Stainless Steel Channels are generally produced in grades such as 304, 316, and 202, which contain chromium (16–18%), nickel (8–10.5%), and low carbon (≤0.08%). To boost performance, grade 316 includes molybdenum (2–3%) for enhanced corrosion resistance. These channels demonstrate a tensile strength ranging from 520 to 750 MPa, a yield strength of about 210 to 310 MPa, and an elongation of 40 to 50%.
