Stainless Steel XM19 (Nitronic® 50) Fasteners are robust, austenitic stainless steel alloys that contain around 20-23% Chromium, 11-13% Manganese, 4-6% Nickel, 0.10-0.30% Nitrogen, along with trace amounts of Molybdenum. They deliver nearly double the yield strength of 304/316 stainless steel and show remarkable resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. XM19 fasteners have a minimum tensile strength of 690 MPa, a minimum yield strength of 379 MPa, an elongation of 35%, and a maximum hardness of 241 HB. Their outstanding mechanical properties make them perfect for heavy-load and corrosive applications, even in sub-zero temperatures.
